Ubisoft has confirmed that a brand new Assassin’s Creed Game will be released this fiscal year, and now we might have our first look at Assassin’s Creed Origins main character. They haven’t really officially announced the game yet aside from confirming that it is coming this year, however there have been plenty of leaks related to the game, even revealing the full name which appears to be Assassin’s Creed: Origins.
According to the early rumors, the game is set in Eqypt and should serve as a reboot of the franchise’s classic gameplay formula and mechanics, It has been in development for more then 3 years now so expect it to be announced soon.
Before we had our official look at the main protagonist, it appears to have been leaked through a retailer promotion offered to GameStop which includes the main character, called Ba Yek. The character looks Middle Eastern so the game is confirmed to be in the Middle East. Now all we have to do is wait for the official reveal to get a clear look at his design.
Assassin’s Creed Origins will be released alongside Far Cry 5 this fiscal year 2018 for Ubisoft. While Far Cry 5 has now a confirmed release date of February 27th, the Assassin’s Creed game has yet to get one so it is possible they might announce it soon, or at their upcoming E3 conference.
