It’s almost that time of year when the yearly Assassin’s Creed title is announced. Although the game has not been officially revealed yet, we know a bit about the next Assassin’s Creed already. The game will be called Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Syndicate’s previous name was Victory when it was leaked last December, not a fan of either name but at least now the name might make some sense to the story.
The game will be set in Victorian London moving the series to the 19th century.
Syndicate will star an assassin named Jacob Frye. Preordering the game at Gamestop will grant you an Assassin’s Creed Syndicate shilling necklace, a replica of the one worn by Frye in the game. Ubisoft will officially reveal the new title on May 12 at 5 p.m. UK time (12 p.m. ET) during a livestream.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is being developed by Ubisoft Quebec and is set to be revealed next week on May 12. We should get a gameplay demo or something similar at E3 in June as well just like every year.
After last year’s Assassin’s Creed Unity, hopefully the developers put in ample time and not release the game with so many bugs.
His Gauntlets look amazing in that teaser above!
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is expected to release for Playstation, Xbox One and PC this Holiday season.
