Yesterday, Bioshock developer, 2K Games officially announced Bioshock: The Collection. The collection will include the original Bioshock, Bioshock 2 and Bioshock Infinite along with all the additional downloadable content available for all the games. Bioshock The Collection will be available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC this September.
Bioshock: The Collection will also include Imagining Bioshock, a commentary featuring the game’s director, Ken Levine, and lead artist, Shawn Robertson. The collection will not include Bioshock 2’s online multiplayer.
A few hours ago, PC Gamer revealed that the Bioshock Collection will be free for PC gamers who already own all three games of the Bioshock series. So far, there are no details of console players getting the same deal.
The PC version of Bioshock: The Collection will not include Bioshock Infinite because the game already runs smoothly on high visual settings and is up to par with the current-gen console versions of the game. Fans will notice a huge difference in visuals as the collection has upgraded graphics and runs flawlessly.
Bioshock: The Collection will be available on PS4, Xbox One and PC on September 13. The collection has a price tag of $59.99, which is very cheap consider the plethora of content you will be getting.
