The details about new Call of Duty were uncovered recently by Destructoid, which also confirmed the character of Kevin Spacey in the game. In the official trailer we can see the announcement that the game is running on an Xbox One and the trailer also ends with the Xbox logo and boxart of the game on Xbox platform, which hints that the exclusivity deal between Microsoft and Activision might still be intact for Call of Duty, unlike what has been rumored before. This deal resulted in the Xbox platform getting timed exclusive DLC for it before other platforms.

You can check out the official trailer below, or you can check the official site, which is still in-progress but might get updated with latest info soon.
