Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Hotfix Released For PS4, XBO and PC

Treyarch Studios has released a quick hotfix for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on PS4, Xbox One and PC. This hotfix mainly deals with FFA spawn updates with > 8 players and some other minor fixes.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 design director, David Vonderhaar shared the details about this new update on Twitter. He also explained some of the changes and confirmed that this will be the last hotfix until they release a brand new patch for the game.

33.25.23.* FFA spawn updates with > 8 players. Fixed stat loss for join in progress FFA/GG games. Lots of script runtime errors. +more

That will (probably) be our last or certainly last significant hotfix before the first “real” patch and then the process starts over again.

This hotfix was released just a few days after the last update was released on PS4, Xbox One and PC. The PC version received a performance update that was related to the issues faced by PC players including an inconsistent performance on a variety of hardware.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is out now on the PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4 and PC. It was developed by Treyarch Studios and published by Activision. It is the third entry in the Black Ops series.

It’d be fantastic if they would release some actual notes. Like with this current update, 1.03, there’s literally no info and I don’t believe “Security and stability fixes” should be 2.7gb.
