Crystal Dynamics Next Tomb Raider Name Possibly Discovered, Reveal Planned At E3?

Crystal Dynamics will debut their brand new title at the upcoming E3. If the recent domain registrations from Square Enix are any indication, the name of the game has been discovered, and it is probably planned for E3 judging from the timing of it.

This news was shared by superannuation on Twitter. He discovered these domains listed by Square Enix’s corporate domain registrar. Since there are two domains being registered here, and only one announcement is planned for E3, we can see either one of them at E3.

The two domains that are registered include Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris and Rise of the Tomb Raider. The first one seems more likely to be the actual game. We will find out the validity of these names at the upcoming E3.

Crystal Dynamics have already confirmed that the next Tomb Raider game will be using the same engine as in Definitive Edition of Tomb Raider for PS4 and Xbox One. There is also a downloadable title planned for release from the Tomb Raider series, possibly a sequel to Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light, as per the rumors.
