Bethesda Softworks has detailed the Season Pass DLC for Fallout 4. In addition to confirming some of the upcoming DLC, they have also announced that the price of the Season Pass will be increased started March 1st, from $29.99 to $49.99.
The first Season Pass DLC will be released in March and it is called ‘Automatron’. This DLC will allow the players to build and mod their own custom robot companions. It is set to launch in March 2016 and will come free with Season Pass, or can be bought individually for $9.99 USD | £7.99 GBP | $16.95 AUD.
The mysterious Mechanist has unleashed a horde of evil robots into the Commonwealth, including the devious Robobrain. Hunt them down and harvest their parts to build and mod your own custom robot companions. Choose from hundreds of mods; mixing limbs, armor, abilities, and weapons like the all-new lightning chain gun. Even customize their paint schemes and choose their voices!
The second DLC is called ‘Wasteland Workshop” and it will allow the players to design cages and capture the creatures from Fallout 4 in their Settlements. It will be released in April 2016 and will come free with Season Pass, or can be bought individually for $4.99 USD | £3.99 GBP | $7.95 AUD.
With the Wasteland Workshop, design and set cages to capture live creatures – from raiders to Deathclaws! Tame them or have them face off in battle, even against your fellow settlers. The Wasteland Workshop also includes a suite of new design options for your settlements like nixi tube lighting, letter kits, taxidermy and more!
Finally Bethesda Softworks has announced a major story expansion for Fallout 4 called ‘Far Harbor’ which will be released in May 2016. This story expansion will include an entirely new location featuring new settlements, weapons, creatures and more. It will be a part of the Season Pass, or can be bought individually for $24.99 USD | £19.99 GBP | $39.95 AUD.
A new case from Valentine’s Detective Agency leads you on a search for a young woman and a secret colony of synths. Travel off the coast of Maine to the mysterious island of Far Harbor, where higher levels of radiation have created a more feral world. Navigate through the growing conflict between the synths, the Children of Atom, and the local townspeople. Will you work towards bringing peace to Far Harbor, and at what cost? Far Harbor features the largest landmass for an add-on that we’ve ever created, filled with new faction quests, settlements, lethal creatures and dungeons. Become more powerful with new, higher-level armor and weapons. The choices are all yours.
These are not all of the DLCs as the Season Pass covers more of them but Bethesda will reveal them at a later date. As for now, you can look forward to these upcoming DLC in the coming months.
Fallout 4 is out now on the PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Players who purchase the Season Pass of the game before March 1st can get it now for $29.99. The price will be raised to $49.99 after March 1st so make sure to get it before if you want to play these DLCs.
