Final Fantasy XV Update 1.04 Released, Adds Moogle Chocobo Carnival

Square Enix has finally revealed a brand new update for Final Fantasy XV. This update adds the Moogle Chocobo Carnival to the game, which is a time limited in-game event offering some fun mini games and activities for Noctis in the city of Altissia.

The download size of this new update is around 2 GB and the patch notes mention the following changes.

  • Commencement of the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, a limited-time event
  • New events and photo frames for players who have purchased the Season Pass or downloaded the Holiday Pack
  • New photo mode allowing players to take in-game snapshots
  • Various bug fixes

To download and play the Moogle Chocobo Carnival, you will need to download the free DLC called Holiday Pack. The Moogle Chocobo Carnival is accessible in Altissia and it is completely seaparate from the main game’s story.

There is also a new Photo Mode added to the game which allows the user to take their own custom pictures with the camera. In addition to this, there are some bug fixes.

Final Fantasy XV is available now for the PS4 and Xbox One. It was developed by Business Division 2 and published by Square Enix.
