Horizon Zero Dawn Gets A New Update 1.34 To Fix Game Crashing Bug

Guerrilla Games are rather quick when it comes to updating their game Horizon Zero Dawn. Recently they released a new update for the game that was mostly for bug fixes but it looks like the update wasn’t exactly bug free as it introduced a crash in the game. To solve the crashing issue, Guerrilla Games has now issued another new patch for Horizon Zero Dawn today that should be available to download on the PS4.

The official announcement can be seen below along with the changes implemented in the update.

We’re pleased to announce that Patch 1.34 for Horizon Zero Dawn is available now. This patch fixes a technical issue that was introduced with Patch 1.33.

NOTE: This list may contain several spoilers!

If you encounter an issue while playing Horizon Zero Dawn, please try reloading a recent manual save, quicksave or autosave from the “Load” menu option. If the issue persists, please take screenshots of the area where it occurred and your location on the map, and forward them to us for further investigation.

GENERAL FIXES

  • Fixed a crash that would occur for certain players when trying to load a save where the player had an opened treasure box in their inventory containing a modification and other items.

Horizon Zero Dawn is available now exclusively for the PS4. It was developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment.
