Japanese Retailer Potentially Leaks Dark Souls Remastered For The PS4

Dark Souls series might not be getting a new game announcement but a remaster for the game could be in development if this image showing a leaked listing for the game is to be believed.

The source of the rumor is a Twitter user in Japan who found this listing from a retailer that had Dark Souls Remastered listed for the PS4. The game was also set for a release on May 24th in Japan with a expected price of 4,800 yen.

Dark Souls Remaster has been rumored in the past but most of it has been for the Nintendo Switch. The listing for this remaster is no surprise but the user who has shared the image speculates that either this is a mistake by the retail shop, or they accidentally listed it too early before any official announcement.

If the leaked listing is confirmed to be true, we might know more about it, including any potentially more platforms for this remaster, officially from Bandai Namco or From Software. So far, there hasn’t been any announcement regarding this matter so take this with a grain of salt.
