Konami bringing Yu-Gi-Oh! to Playstation 4 and Xbox according to trademark listing

According to a new trademark listing, Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist has been registered by Publishers Konami for the Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Being a huge Yu-Gi-Oh! fan this makes me happy, but to be honest the games haven’t been that good recently.

The listing was posted on USK, the German rating board.


The  Yu-Gi-Oh! games in my opinion peaked with the PSP titles. Hopefully Yu-Gi-Oh! Legacy of the Duelist isn’t a mobile port cashgrab and is a proper card game with even a decent story perhaps? A fan can dream can’t he?

    I don’t know why Konami even bothers. Nintendo should make a new system that only plays Konami games because both of them companies are on the same path, straight in the history books for how not to run a business. I really don’t care what Konami does anymore after finding out how they are handling the Hideo Kojima situation with MGS and Silent Hills. I even canceled my pre order for all Konami games, not that there was a lot to cancel. And Yu-Gi-Oh, its a joke to real gamers. It’s on par with Dragon Ball Z games. Another year, another lame iteration of a game no one wants. If Konami was smart they would have kissed Kojimas ass to keep the only thing going that had an inkling of life left in the beating a dead horse company.
