The Last of Us: Remastered 30FPS And 60FPS Comparison, Leaked Images

The Last of Us is an action-adventure survival horror game developed by Naughty Dog and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It was released on June 14, 2013, for the PlayStation 3 and now it is being remastered for the PlayStation 4. The Last of Us: Remastered will be available for purchase on the 29th of July.

In the game, you will control Joel escorting the young Ellie across a post-apocalyptic United States that has been ravaged by an infection. The player uses firearms, improvised weapons and stealth techniques to defend against hostile humans and zombie-like creatures infected by a mutated strain of the Cordyceps fungus.

The game has won numerous awards since its release and will most probably win some more when the Remastered version comes out for the PlayStation 4.

Recently, there have been a couple of screenshots of the game leaked on the internet. We recently talked about the option of switching to 30FPS from the default 60FPS. The images I was talking about earlier are screenshots of the game taken on 30FPS and the other on 60FPS.

These images were found on NeoGAF and were uploaded by MrPink93485. If you look closely, you might notice that the 30FPS image is more clear and sharp compared to the 60FPS image. The Last of Us: Remastered will feature a photomode similar to that of inFAMOUS: Second Son so it seems that you might want to switch to 30FPS before taking a picture.
