Mass Effect Andromeda Receives Two New Updates On PC Ahead of Launch For Bug Fixes

Bioware has released two brand new updates for Mass Effect Andromeda in early access, or for those who have the game pre-loaded on PC. This update is currently only available for PC users and it seems to deal with PC related issues as reported by users.

The download size for these two short updates is 500 and 200 MB respectively. These two patches will update the game to version¬†1.0.0.4. As for what is included in these updates, the two issues that have been reportedly fixed are the audio in multiplayer and support for Corsair Cue. In case you weren’t aware of Cue: “CUE is the CORSAIR Utility Engine, which powers the lighting and macro effects for our line of Keyboards, Mice and Headsets.”

While there is no way to confirm it for now, some users are also reporting improved performance in the single player mode for the game. The other bug that has been confirmed to be fixed now is positional audio in the multiplayer.

Mass Effect Andromeda has received some criticism recently for its animation and character models however this was confirmed to be already included in the day one patch for early access version. Apparently there is a difference between the game pre and post-patch that shows a curious design change.

Mass Effect Andromeda will be released on March 21st for the PS4, Xbox One and PC.
