Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain Patch 1.04 Is Now Live, Download Size and Changelog Revealed

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain’s latest update has gone live today, as revealed earlier by Konami. This new update adds Metal Gear Online support for the game, which will be available as a separate download later today.

This latest update is slowly being released across the various platforms. If you are playing the game on PS4, you will be required to download about 654.8MB for this new update. The changelog can be read below.

1.04 Update History:

-Added “Metal Gear Online”

-Additional Features and Enhancements for FOB missions”

You can read about the additional features and enhancements for the FOB missions from here. Metal Gear Online support is also added for this update and you will have to download it separately from the PlayStation Store after updating to the latest version of the game. It will be made available at some point today.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is out now on the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. While Metal Gear Online will be out on the consoles starting today, it won’t be released for the PC until early next year.
