MGSV: Snake’s Blood Stains Will Remain During Your Gameplay And Won’t Disappear

Even though Konami removed Hideo Kojima’s name from MGSV,  Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, but still he continues to provide new info concerning the game.

He revealed that as Snake fights off opponents and his injuries bleed or he gets covered in blood, those blood stains will carry over to the next level and during your gameplay. This is very interesting as we thought blood would just be something to add extra gore to the game but it looks like it is important this time around in the Metal Gear Solid series.

Kojima also revealed that Snake’s blue bandanna will be soaked in blood resulting in it being red instead. Although you will have the freedom of selecting which bandanna to wear when going to fight.

Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain will release on September 1 for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC. It has been confirmed that it will run on 900p on Xbox One and 1080p on Ps4.

Weird that he didn’t talk about the shower in game.
You can take it to clean yourself, don’t think that the blood will still stick with Snake after it.

Maybe blood sticks to certain fatigues throughout the game, too. Like even if you take a shower, if you use one particular set of fatigues often, they start to take on a bloody tinge?
