Microsoft wants to know what games to make Backward Compatible for the Xbox One

Microsoft in a shock announcement at their E3 conference revealed Backward Compatibility for Xbox 360 titles on the Xbox One. Currently a limited number of Xbox 360 games are playable on the Xbox One but Microsoft is planning to add more titles soon.

They obviously want to make fan favourite games available first so they put up a poll and want fans to tell them what games they should make Backward Compatible next. You can cast your vote here.

Currently Rockstar’s Red Dead Redemption is in a healthy lead followed up Activision’s Call of Duty Black Ops 2. In number 3 is Skyrim, followed Halo Reach and Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2.

I personally want Microsoft to make Mistwalker’s Lost Odyssey Backward Compatible, that game was amazing. What Xbox 360 game do you want to play on your Xbox One? Let us know in the comments below.

Would you buy a car that has a history of problems? No. Then why would you buy from a company that has a history of problems?

    Console failure rates.
    Xbox 360 – 54.2%
    Playstation 3 – 10.6%
    Wii – 6.8%

Total Worldwide Console sales (in millions):
    PlayStation 4 (PS4) – 22.68
    Xbox One (XOne) – 12.63

Over 20 MILLION people have spoken. Microsoft has lost our trust. You can buy an inferior product if you want, but leave me out of it.

    • That was a long time ago and Microsoft fixed the problem midway through the generation, however you do have a valid point no matter how irrelevant to this article it may be lol.

Lol…it seems like a long tangent but it was just one generation ago, that’s pretty close. I don’t care about Xbox ONE, but it’s consistently in my news feed and the fact that I wasted a few hundred dollars for a console to crash on me is a heavy reminder that I won’t buy from this company again.

I also vote for Lost Odyssey. We already had the best version of COD and Skyrim in PC. Personally, I wish they released Lost Odyssey for PC, too. The game is too great if it just left to be buried under hundreds of Xbox 360 games.
