Middle-earth: Shadow of War Unlimited Loot Boxes Exploit Possible On PC

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is out now on PC and despite being protected by Denuvo DRM, the game appears to have already been cracked by pirates. Since it is possible to easily cheat in a pirated game, there are already trainers out there that are allowing users to get unlimited loot boxes.

As discovered through trainers on PC, it is possible to get unlimited silver coins by using a trainer. The trainer allows the player to set any number of silver coins which can be used to buy the loot boxes. While the loot boxes are required for getting the true ending, it is possible to accomplish it all without having to deal with microtransactions. The loot boxes do make it a bit of a grind to get to the true ending.

The screenshot above demonstrates the loot boxes in action on PC with a trainer in effect.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is developed by Monoth Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive. It is the sequel to Shadow of Mordor and continues the story from the cliffhanger ending of the original game. It is set in the Lord of the Rings universe but with its own characters albeit with cameos from many of the popular characters from the Lord of the Rings universe and featuring plenty of its lore in the game.

Middle-Earth: Shadow of War is out now for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
