The description in the images states that the prototype rifle is created by Torbjorn and belongs to a support hero, a healer to be precise. The weapon has no offensive capabilities and is solely used to heal allies. However, with the description Mercy provided in the image, there is a chance of the weapon having offensive capabilities once it is released.
