Nioh Update 1.02 Is Now Live On PS4, Fixes Various Bugs

Koei Tecmo has released a brand new update for Nioh on the PS4, although judging from its size, the update is a rather minor one that attempts to tackle some of the bugs that were present post-launch.

If you haven’t downloaded this new update, you might get a prompt when you start Nioh. The size of this update is rather small and unfortunately there are no detailed patch notes available for it yet.

The patch notes on PS4 only list ‘Various Bug Fixes’ which doesn’t really explain the purpose of the patch. We will update the article once we get our hands on the official changelog for this latest update. Still if you were hoping for any major changes in this new patch, don’t get your hopes up as it doesn’t seem to be the case so far.

Nioh is an action RPG from Team Ninja and Koei Tecmo, published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It was released exclusively for the PS4 and has received great reviews so far. The game is often regarded as a much more difficult version of the Souls series with its focus on fast paced combat and skills.

Let us know if you have noticed any changes after installing the latest version of Nioh in the comments below.
