The Order: 1886 E3 2014 Demo Gets Fantastic Response And Praise From Developers And PlayStation MVPs

The Order: 1886 is currently being demoed at E3 2014. This is quite a short demo but still the hype for the game seems to be quite high, and people are waiting in long lines just to try their hand at this limited demo.

Developers from Sony Worldwide Studios also got a chance to try this demo, and they were definitely impressed with what they played from the game. This includes Josh Scherr from Naughty Dog, Brian Fleming from Sucker Punch and Grady Hunt from Sony Worldwide Studios.

PlayStation MVPs also had a chance to try this demo of The Order: 1886, and their impressions were mostly positive. They also shared some off-screen shots, that showed that the demo was the same as the May 2014 reveal.

The Order: 1886 release date has been confirmed, and the collector’s edition has been detailed. You can read all about it from here.

The Order: 1886 will launch exclusively on the PlayStation 4 on February 20th 2015.

    “Playstation MVP’s”

More like Hired shills to hide the downgrades.

I’m slowly getting excited for this game. I just want to see more gameplay.

  • clasifi1 .

I was super-hyped for this game. And i still want to believe the devs…

“I assure you this was the last demo to focus on the story/cinematic components. In the coming months: all core gameplay”

The thing is that they already had 3 opportunities to do so…The game does look visually amazing , but the more i see , the more it reminds me of a David Cage title. Praises coming from other devs (who work for sony) , are a good sign…But what about the casual gamers ? What’s their impression ? I really , REALLY hope i’m wrong on this one.

Who cares what casuals think? They’re the reason why COD still sells. Unless you mean non-industry people who are still core gamers, then yeah, I want to see what they have to say.

Looks more like a movie than a game, no thank you.

game looks awesome but the demo at e3 was kinda boring considering it barelty had player interaction , mostly cgi and qte …. hopefully more gameplay clips arise.

Lol. There was ZERO CGi in that trailer. Or in the game for that matter. Cutscenes are rendered in game engine, with the same visual fidelity.
