PS Plus games for the month of March 2016 appears to have been updated again and the previously free I Am Alive has now been replaced with Super Stardust HD, as originally listed on the official PlayStation Blog.
This strange change was first seen when the games went live on the PlayStation Store on March 1st. Users were able to get I Am Alive for free instead of Super Stardust HD, which was still available on the EU PlayStation Store. Sony didn’t’ really give any update on why they suddenly changed the games in the last minute for North America.
If you have already redeemed I Am Alive, you should be still getting it for free along with Super Stardust HD, which has finally replaced I Am Alive.
Surprisingly, I Am Alive is still listed as a PS Plus game on the PlayStation Store web portal but it now shows the price ($14.99) instead of being listed as free for PlayStation Plus members.
Super Stardust HD has a price of $9.99 compared to I Am Alive’s $14.99 so it is technically a cheaper offer here. In any case, if you were quick to grab the game, you should be able to play it for free and also get Super Stardust HD.
PS+ March 2016 games lineup includes Broforce and Galak-Z for PS4, Super Stardust HD and The Last Guy for PS3, and Flameover and Reality Fighters for the PS Vita.
