Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed Again, Now Out On October 26th

Red Dead Redemption 2 was originally set to launch in Spring 2018 but it has been now delayed to a release in Fall 2018. The release date was also confirmed by Rockstar Games as it is now set to launch on October 26th.

The announcement by shared in a press release by Rockstar Games and along with it, they have also shared new screenshots which you can see below.

Red Dead Redemption 2 has faced 2 delays so far. The first delay pushed its date from Fall 2017 to Spring 2018 and now the second delay has pushed it even further to Fall 2018. The game is the next entry in the popular Red Dead series that was developed by Rockstar Games after the release of Grand Theft Auto V.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is rumored to have an online mode in the same vein as Gran Theft Auto Online. While the original Red Dead Redemption also had an online mode, the newly rumored mode makes it sound like Red Dead Redemption 2 will focus more on open world online experience like it is the case with GTA Online. It won’t be surprising to see this since GTA Online has proven to be a cash cow for Rockstar Games generating record revenue for them.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is confirmed for the PS4 and Xbox One and will now launch on October 26th, 2018.
