Samurai Warriors publisher, Koei Tecmo today revealed new details on one of the most most interesting new features in Samurai Warriors 4: Empires.
While playing Samurai Warriors 4 Empires, few structures are as important as your empire’s castle. These structures include a single dashboard for all pre and post battle decisions. The castle is just as your command center similar to any empire. The players can regulate interior and foreign affairs, formulate political and military strategy, and utilize their allied officers’ skills to grow their army’s number, power, and loyalty.

The players can also make use of the Castle interface to assign various tasks and Magistrate titles to their most trusted companions. These tasks can vary from Recruitment to Diplomacy and from Development to Strategy. A careful and skill-based selection of allies will result in more faithful soldiers and more gold for your empire.
Koei Tecmo also revealed the relationship system in Samurai Warriors 4: Empires. As always, relationships are important in all strategy games. Pairing allied officers with a friendly nature will create high synergy, which would give faster and better results. Furthermore, since all officers in Samurai Warriors 4: Empires are based on history, therefore assigning them to a specific position will result in unique suggestions and specific events.
Samurai Warriors 4: Empires will be released on PS3, PS4 and PS Vita in March, 2016.
