Sony Cancels All Price Error Copies For Kingdom: Come Deliverance, Refunds Amount

Sony recently had made a major mistake on the Indonesian PlayStation Store offering the recently released Kingdom: Come Deliverance for a cheap price, as low as $0.05. We had published about the mistake when it was live and despite almost a whole day having passed, the price error remained which seems like a terrible mistake from Sony.

After the price mistake, PlayStation Store Indonesia is now revoking the purchases made by the customers who claimed this price error and also refunding the wallet amount in case no action is taken. There is now no way to claim the copy that you purchased with this price mistake although if you are interested, you can get it at the correct price as listed on the store. If you don’t comply, they will refund the amount charged in your PlayStation Wallet.

The full statement made by Sony can be seen below (via resetERA).

Kingdom: Come Deliverance is an open world first person RPG from Warhorse Studios. It tries to focus on a historical setting instead of using fantasy for its story which has made it immensely appealing for RPG fans looking for something that is a bit more realistic in term of story and characters. The devs faced some controversy due to its day one patch size, but they have now managed to decrease it with subsequent updates.

Kingdom: Come Deliverance is available now for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Our review of the game was mostly favorable giving it 8 out of 10.
