Square Enix Is Considering A Western Release For Adventures Of Mana For Vita


Square Enix has commented on a possible western release for Adventures of Mana for the PS Vita. The official Square Enix Europe account tweeted about an update from the developers of Adventures of Mana regarding a potential PS Vita version in the West and asked the fans to comment on it on the official blog post.

Square Enix also shared an update after hearing requests from the Vita fans asking the game to be released in the West.

Thank you for all of your comments on a PS Vita edition of Adventures of Mana.

We’ve been listening to your feedback and because of your passion for the game, we’re going to look into making a PS Vita version of Adventures of Mana for the west. We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to make this happen but we will see what we can do.

Adventures of Mana is currently available for iOS and Android worldwide. It is also available for the PS Vita in Japan. It has been localized in English on Smartphones but Square Enix hasn’t released the PS Vita version in the West despite releasing the Smartphones version. Although the demand from the fans appears to have caught the attention of Square Enix.

Adventures of Mana can be currently bought for the price of $13.99 / £10.49 / €13.99. It is a remake of the very first mana game that was released as Final Fantasy Adventure on the Game Boy and later remade as Sword of Mana for the Game Boy Advance.
