Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition is available now on the PS4 and PC. If this is the first time you have started Street Fighter V, the Arcade Edition offers a great way to acquire all the upcoming DLC characters without having to spend a single real life money in the game. This is done by grinding with the current 28 character roster to get Fight Money and this should provide more than enough of it to get 5 out of the 6 characters from Season Pass 3 for Street Fighter V.
The launch of Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition comes with a new set of rules for getting Fight Money. The previous conditions no longer apply since there is just one Season Pass left for users of the Arcade Edition and the increased character roster means Fight Money is now easier to get compared to the launch game.
How To Earn Fight Money To Unlock Season Pass 3Characters in Street Fighter V: Arcade Edition
The following are the upcoming fighters that will be a part of Season Pass 3 and can be unlocked with Fight Money in the game.
Each of these characters will require 100,000 Fight Money to be unlocked in the game. There are some methods that you can use to get the required amount of fight money easily.
- Demonstrations: You can watch the demonstrations for each character across the 3 different levels. You will get 2000 FM per demonstration.
- Story Mode: There are total 28 characters that can be used here and completing each character’s story will give you 7000 FM.
- Trials: You can just attempt the first set of Trials for the characters, which is usually the most easy ones. You will be able to get 4000 FM per character here.
- Survival: Survival is pretty easy to complete on the easy difficulty setting and can get you as much as 4000 FM per character. If you are up for challenge, you can try the normal difficulty setting once you are done with easy to get 4000 more FM for each of the character.
If you are able to go through these modes with each of the fighters, you should end up with around 532k Fight Money which can get you 5 of the 6 Season Pass 3 DLC characters. You can then unlock them and go through the same modes with these characters to get the required amount for the last DLC character.
Since currently only Sakura is available as the first Season Pass 3 DLC character, you will have to wait until Capcom releases all of the 6 characters while saving Fight Money. If you also attempt the Extra Battle and daily Challenges, you should keep a steady income of Fight Money that can also be spent on costumes and stages.
