What happens if a user takes his love and passion for retro gaming, and combines it with his love for PC? The answer is, an NES themed “Steam Machine”, or for a lack of better word “Mini-PC”.
Reddit user gust4vsson did exactly the same and built a mini-PC inside a NES themed PC case. Check out his work in the screens below.

This baby runs an AMD A10-6700 APU with an integrated Radeon 8670D as GPU. Runs most new games, on lower settings though. But hey, I can use it + it’s perfect to bring to a LAN-Party.
While not exactly a licensed Steam Machine, this does fit the criteria. Even if it doesn’t pack the necessary grunt to play most modern games, it is quite good for indie titles or for playing some of the old school classics like Counter Strike, Team Fortress 2.
