Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate is nearing its release on the PS4 and Xbox One, and a surge of information regarding the game is beginning to make its way onto the internet. As such, a new video featuring the first 40 minutes of gameplay from the PS4 version of the latest title in Ubisoft’s long standing franchise is now available.
The 40 minute gameplay footage can be seen in the video below. Though, as always, be wary of potential spoilers.
Given the technical issues surrounding last year’s Assassin’s Creed: Unity, fans have become highly critical of the series. It’s great, then, that this video has popped up, giving everyone interested an opportunity to have an in-depth look at Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate prior to its release.
One other promising bit of information is that the game’s review embargo has been set for a day before release i.e. October 22. Whether this is representative of the publisher’s confidence in the quality of its title remains to be seen, though it can certainly be taken as a positive sign.
Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will arrive in stores on October 23 for both the PS4 and Xbox One. Meanwhile, PC gamers will have to wait a little longer, as the Windows version will see release on November 19.
