The Witcher 3 Patch 1.12 Confirmed For December Release, No News On DirectX 12 Support

CD Project Red has confirmed that they will release a new update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt in December. This new update will be released for all platforms. In addition to this, we also learn that they don’t have any plans to add support of DirectX 12 for The Witcher 3 on PC.

If you were looking forward to the next patch for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, you should know that it will arrive in December as confirmed by Community Lead, Marcin Momot on Twitter.

He was also asked about support for DirectX 12 for The Witcher 3 on PC and he simply replied that they don’t have any news to share on this matter.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s latest update has finally fixed some of the performance issues with the game on PS4. It was released before the launch of the first expansion of the game called Hearts of Stone.

CD Project Red will release another brand new expansion in early 2016 called Blood and Wine. This expansion will offer more story and content than Hearts of Stone.

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt is out now on PS4, PC and Xbox One. It was developed by CD Project Red and published by Warner Bros. Interactive in North America and Bandai Namco in Europe.
