Here’s Your Xbox Live Games With Gold Lineup For July 2018

Microsoft has revealed the official lineup for Xbox Live Games with Gold users in July 2018. The games that are confirmed to be a part of the coming month include Assault Android Cactus and Death Squared. Both of these games appear to be from an indie publisher.

The full free games lineup for Xbox Live Games With Gold also adds Xbox 360 games that can be played on the Xbox One through backward compatibility. The full list of games can be seen below.

Xbox One:

  • Assault Android Cactus (July 1-31)($14.99)
  • Death Squared (July 16-August 15)($14.99)

Xbox 360:

  • Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown (July 1-15)($14.99)
  • Splinter Cell: Conviction (July 16-31)($19.99)

Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown is the last major Virtua Fighter game. It also launched for the PS3. It is a fairly competent fighting game from SEGA that arguably ranks among the best in the series. Splinter Cell: Conviction is also the last major Splinter Cell game released by Ubisoft. While there are rumors of a new entry for the series, there hasn’t been any official announcements made for it so far.

As for the Xbox One lineup, you can enjoy Assault Android Cactus which is a twin-stick shooter. Death Squared is another fun co-op game that uses a block of cubes to solve puzzles.
