Alien: Isolation developers working on new FPS title

Creator of games like Total War and Alien: Isolation, British developer Creative Assembly are working on a new FPS title according to a recent job listing.

The game will be made by the same team which made 2014’s Alien: Isolation for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.

Creative Assembly’s award-winning team behind Alien: Isolation are exploring new frontiers with a brand-new and exciting First Person Tactical Shooter IP.

The job listing gives some hints about what the game could be structurally.

We know for sure that the game will run on Unreal Engine 4 as it is an “Essential” requirement in the listing. The game will also likely be multiplatform, a PC release is uncertain since the job listing is under the “Console Team”, however most of Creative Assembly’s games tend to make it to PC so there’s certainly a strong possibility for it. The game will probably also have some Games as a Service elements as the skill is “Desirable” by the team.

What do you think Creative Assembly new game could be? Another Alien title? Or something like a FPS Total War game? Let us know in the comments.
