Anthem Short Gameplay Teaser Shown, Final Retail Box Art Unveiled

Bioware are currently working on Anthem, which is a third person shooter with focus on online elements. The game was originally revealed at Microsoft’s E3 2017 press conference and will get a second major showcase at the upcoming E3.

EA has started to tease the reveal of Anthem at their EA Play event, which is scheduled for June 9th. They released a short glimpse of the gameplay trailer which you can view in the tweet below.

In addition to this, EA has now also shared the final box art for the game. This cover art will be featured on the retail release as confirmed by the producer working on Anthem.

EA has also outlined their plans for Anthem at E3. In addition to showing a brand new trailer, they will have a full blown gameplay showcase that will dig deeper into the game’s combat, flying, fighting and even loot. There will also be a behind the scenes development of the game with concept art, developer interviews featuring BioWare General Manager Casey Hudson, Executive Producer Mark Darrah, and Lead Writer Cathleen Rootsaert and much more.

EA Play is set to start on June 9th at 11 a.m. PDT. You can watch it live on Twitch, YouTube or through Mixer. Anthem will be released in early 2019 for the Xbox One, PC and PS4.
