Apex Legends has a pesky bug titled Error 104 that just comes with the broad description, “Oops something went wrong, try again later”, read on to find out what causes this and how to fix it.
Apex Legends Error 104 occurs on both PS4 and Xbox One, luckily the PC version is safe but that doesn’t mean that it doesn’t have its own problems.
Apex Legends Error 104 on Xbox One
Although we don’t know exactly what causes this, many assume this is a problem with EA’s age restriction setting. On the Xbox One, most people experiencing the error have either have or are using a “Child Account”.
So if you’re using one you may want to try either trying out a new Gametag or kicking out the “Child” account out of the Family and try again. Do note if you do create a new Gamertag, make sure its above 18 years of age.
Apex Legends Error 104 on PS4
On the PS4, apparently its kind of the same thing, make sure you’re using your PSN ID as a “Primary” profile on your console.
Hopefully these suggestions work for you, if they don’t keep hopeful for a patch to fix this soon.
Apex Legends is out now on PS4, Xbox One and PC.
