Arc the Lad

Cattle Call’s RPG title, Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits is coming to PS4 as a PS2 classic title this week. Back in December 2015, Sony announced that many PS2 titles will be available to play on PS4 and since then, they have been slowly releasing PS2 titles for PS4 and now, Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits will soon join that library.

Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits features two protagonists, Kharg and his brother Darc, who live in a world where humans along with humanoid monsters known as Deimos live. Kharg was raised by humans, so he wishes to eliminate each and every Deimos. On the other hand, Darc wishes to rule the Deimos and destroy Humans as he was raised by Deimos.

“For years, the Humans and the Deimos have been at war in their struggle to capture the Great Spirit Stones.” According to the announcement of the game on the official PlayStation Blog“To the Humans, the stones represent a magical source of power and light. To the Deimos, the stones are the viable force behind their spell-casting abilities. But fate is about to place the future of both races in the hands of two men.”
