Ancient Tablets are very important in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey as they’re used to upgrade your ship The Adrestia. Since you’ll be using that one ship throughout the game, it’s important to keep it upgraded with the best weapons and equipment that you can.
You can find Ancient Tablets in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey by either looting Ruins or from Blacksmiths.
You can find them in various Loot Ruins. Ruins are marked by a distinct Red Icon but will show up as a “?” before they’re discovered. There’s a lot of them, so keep an eye out on the map.
As for the Blacksmiths this is the easiest way to get them as you just have to buy them. However not every Blacksmith in the game will have Ancient Tablets to sell.
So in short just make sure to visit every Blacksmith and Ruins to make sure the seas stay intimidated when the Adrestia draws its sails.
