In the past, the new Assassin’s Creed games have been officially announced in March with a few details leaking out their the reveal. Last year, info on Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag was leaked on Kotaku and once again history has repeated itself. There have been a few title rumors thrown around, like Assassin’s Creed V: Great Fall. There was an image and a audio clip on the official forums for Assassin’s Creed posted for that yesterday, but was immediately taken down by another user.
Yesterday, Assassin’s Creed: Initials posted a couple of teasers for the next Assassin’s Creed. They tweeted out two hexadecimal. After they were translated the first tweet saying “north” and the second tweet saying “east”. Thanks to a couple of users over at NeoGAF, we now have a pretty good idea where the coordinates point to.

The second tweet points to a location near Moscow, Russia.

What makes the rumor even more plausible is the press release which was posted on Tumblr and spotted by a Reddit user this yesterday afternoon. The press release mentioned the Industrial Revolution which could very well tie in with Russia being the main location of the game. The Tumblr page was taken down in minutes. This makes things even more interesting.
