Batman Arkham Knight October Update For PC Out Now, Download Size And Patch Notes Revealed

Warner Bros. Interactive has released the October update for Batman Arkham Knight on PC. As promised earlier by Warner Bros. Interactive, this new update will bring the PC version up-to-date with the console version of the game, including the support of all the Season Pass DLC released so far.

This update is reportedly 2.4 GB in size and it should be available for download through Steam. The DLCs are a separate 6 GB download. This update still doesn’t add SLI support. You can read its patch notes below.

As we confirmed earlier today, the PC version of the game now supports all add-on content that has been released thus far for console. The configurations for this content are being updated now and we expect everything to be available in the next few hours. We’ll confirm when this process is completed.

We are still working with our GPU partners to add full support for SLI and Crossfire. In addition, we are working with these partners to address stability issues on certain cards related to the latest drivers.

After extensive testing, a hard drive paging issue with some GPUs on Windows 7 may occur after extended gameplay sessions. If you encounter this, simply re-launching the game will resolve the issue.

For Windows 10 users, we’ve found that having at least 12GB of system RAM on a PC allows the game to operate without paging and provides a smoother gameplay experience.

In addition to this, it was revealed that those who have purchased Batman Arkham Knight before November 16th, 2015 will get the following games and DLC for free.

  • Free digital copies of games from the Batman: Arkham library.
  • The “Community Challenge Pack” DLC.
  • The Batman: Arkham inspired Team Fortress 2 items created by the Batman: Arkham community.

Batman Arkham Knight has also been re-released on PC and should be available for purchase from Steam for the price of $49.99. The Season Pass is a separate purchase at $39.99.
