EA DICE is currently conducting an open beta for Battlefield 1 that should be available to a select few users, who applied to participate in this beta test. The open beta is available on August 30th and 31st and it is currently confirmed for the PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

This open beta features Sinai Desert map and includes two modes: Conquest and Rush. Battlefield 1 insider members were able to get early access to the beta on August 21st. For the rest, the beta will go live on August 30th depending on the region.
EA DICE has also confirmed that the beta won’t require PS Plus to play online on the PS4. Meanwhile those who were hoping for the same on Xbox One will be disappointed to know that it is not possible to play the beta on the Xbox One with Xbox Live Gold membership.
