Over the past few days players have been reported Hit Registration issues while playing online in Battlefield 4, luckily developers DICE have replicated the problem internally and are currently working on a fix for the problem. The problem came after the winter patch and was faced by a decent number of individuals.
DICE’s David Sirland confirmed the issue on a post on Reddit:
good news! we have reproduced this issue internally now, this means we have a way to verify that a fix works or not. First step towards a fix!
The problem can be quite severe and doesn’t depend on your internet connection. As seen in the video below the player empties whole clips into the enemy with not even a single bullet being registered.

DICE is also working on a fix for the Damage Indicator problem that also arrived with the Winter patch for Battlefield 4 released on March 3. Meanwhile if you’re playing the recently released Battlefield Hardline, check out our unlockables guide.
