If you are playing the early access version of Battlefield V open beta, chances are you might face matchmaking or issues with joining squads and now EA DICE has shared a temporary fix for it.
Recently on Twitter, the community manager for EA DICE confirmed that matchmaking issues are currently being investigated and they are also looking into the reports of people having a problem joining squads.
We’re excited to have you join us for the Battlefield V Open Beta. From Sept 4-6, the Battlefield V Open Beta will be in Early Access for those that pre-ordered or are Origin Access/Origin Access Premier/EA Access members.
We are currently tracking an issue that impacts the ability to matchmake, so we advise joining via the Server Browser, known as “Advanced Search” in Battlefield V and can be found under Play -> Multiplayer. Additionally, we’re tracking an issue with joining as Squads. Please stand by as our teams work to address these issues and we’ll update you with information as it becomes available.
If you are interested in playing this early access beta, you can find out more details about it from here including links to download them on your respective platform. We also have detailed guides on the weapons and classes in addition to the vehicles that are offered in this open beta for Battlefield V.
Battlefield V was supposed to launch in October but EA DICE has now delayed it to November 20th. It will release on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
