Black Ops 4 January 3 Update Fixes Blackout Freezing Issue On Xbox One

Treyarch Studios has started to return back to supporting Black Ops 4 after the end of year holidays and today release the first update for the game on Xbox One.

As noted earlier, some of the Xbox One players were experiencing a major issue with Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 after installing the last known update. This issue persisted for the majority of the time until today when Treyarch Studios has released a brand new update to fix it.

In a Twitter post, the developers revealed Black Ops 4 January 3 update patch notes for the Xbox One.

We’ve released a patch on Xbox One to address intermittent freezing issues during late-game play in Blackout on Xbox One X. Thanks for your patience!

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 received its microtransaction-laden Black Market before the holidays with an update. This has become controversial in recent times due to the outrageous price of the items. Treyarch Studios is still continuing to support the game with free content and map expansions for Blackout multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is the first game in the series to ship without any single player mode. If you want to see another Call of Duty single player, keep your eyes peeled for an update on Call of Duty 2019 which is currently being teased by Infinity Ward.
