Bloodborne 1.04 Update Out Next Week; Expansion DLC Confirmed By Shuhei Yoshida

Bloodborne is set to receive a brand new Update 1.04 next week. This news was delivered by Masaaki Yamagiwa on Twitter. He stated that a new update is currently being worked on for Bloodborne and is scheduled for a release on May 25th 2015. In addition to this, we also get a confirmation about an Expansion/DLC for Bloodborne from Shuhei Yoshida, President at Sony Worldwide Studios.

Bloodborne’s recent update fixed the long load times for the game. This was the main complaint from most users, but there are still some issues left like the Frame Pacing issue that can result in random stutters. This issue still hasn’t been fixed yet but perhaps the upcoming update will finally fix it.

Sony recently revealed that they were surprised by the sales success of Bloodborne on the PlayStation 4. The game outsold other AAA PS4 exclusive The Order 1886 and received rave reviews from critics and fans alike. It is one of the highest rated game from From Software, who developed it in collaboration with Sony Computer Entertainment Japan.
