Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC pre-load is now live, New update release date revealed

A few days ago, Sony Computer Entertainment announced a new update for Bloodborne, and today they finally mentioned a release date for it during a livestream on Nico Nico. The new update will include the mysterious League and new co-op NPC, which will be released on November 20th, 2015. Moreover, a Bloodborne: The Old Hunters DLC will also be available on November 24th, 2015.

The upcoming DLC includes a variety of new weapons, areas, mysteries, items, bosses and much more. Players can also access the new areas including The Hunter’s Nightmare, Research Hall, Fishing Hamlet and Clock Tower by acquiring “Eye of a Blood-drunk Hunter” item in the game. Some of the deadly weapons (Simon’s Bowblade and Holy Moonlight Sword) have also been included in The Old Hunters.


The players who have already pre-ordered the DLC can start downloading it right now. The pre-loading of The Old Hunters, however will start automatically if the auto-download option is turned on. Bloodborne: The Old Hunters will be available for PS4 at a price of $19.99.

A limited collector’s edition was released for Bloodborne which includes a SteelBook case, a hard cover art book, and a digital copy of the game’s soundtrack.
