Bloodborne PSN Download Size Revealed, And It Is Much Shorter Than Retail Version

Bloodborne is an upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive being developed by From Software in collaboration with Sony Computer Entertainment Japan. Earlier this week, we learned that the game will require a minimum hard disk install size of about 41 GB for the retail version of the game, but judging from the officially listed download size on PlayStation Store, it is much shorter than the minimum install size.

As the release date of Bloorborne draws near, Sony has updated and finally listed the official download size for Bloodborne on the PlayStation Store. This download size is the exact same that we will have to download on our PlayStation 4, and it is about 25.3 GB in size. This seems a pretty decent size for a current generation exclusive compared to most other multiplatform games.

Bloodborne will be released exclusively on the PlayStation 4 on March 24th, 2015. It is a spiritual successor to Demon’s Soul and being directed by Hidetaka Miyazaki, who is also the creator of Dark and Demon’s Soul.

Let us know what you think about this install size in the comments below.
