The weekly UK Chart-Track is out and according to the results, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 has started this new year by remaining at the top of the Weekly sales chart. It was a success for Activision as the game also retained the top spot during the week of Christmas in UK. In term of the sales on a specific platform, the Xbox One version of Black Ops 3 beat Star Wars Battlefront to take the top spot, pushing the game further down to the 2nd spot.
On the other hand, Fallout 4 easily managed to take the number 5 and 6 spot while the PS4 version of Grand Theft Auto V was steady at number 7. FIFA 16, which remains a popular series in UK, kept its position in the top 10 with the Xbox One version at number 8 and the PS4 version at number 9 spot.
Aside from the usual top 10 games, Halo 5: Guardians was back near the top of the charts with a position at number 13 while Just Cause 3 claimed the number 16 and 17 spot on the chat. While Ubisoft didn’t exactly achieve any success with Syndicate, the game still managed to keep in Top 20 and fell down from number 10 to number 14 spot.
