Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 Salvation DLC Heading To PS4 On 6th September

The latest, and final, DLC pack for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 now has a trailer out, and is set to release in the next few days. The DLC itself is called Salvation, and will bring with it four new multiplayer maps as well as the conclusion to the Zombies storyline with the final chapter named Revelations.

The four new maps are Outlaw, a western themed re-imagining of the Black Ops 2 map Standoff; Citadel, a map centered around a medieval castle; Micro, a miniature map that takes place on a picnic table laden with giant food items; and Rupture, a futuristic re-design of the Call of Duty: World at War map Outskirts.

The trailer also showcased a few new weapons for the multiplayer mode in the form of a futuristic sword, and most notably a player piloted mech that was shown mowing down enemies, which we can assume will most probably be a killstreak reward.

The final chapter of the Zombies Saga, Revelations, will bring to close the story of Richtofen, Dempsey, Takeo, and Nikolai as they face off against Doctor Monty in the House. According to the trailer, the DLC also introduces a new enemy this time around in the form of a giant flying monster.
