On 14th October, Infinity Ward released the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta. It went live on the PS4 and will continue throughout the weekend. The beta has been live for a day now, but fans have already been facing a lot of issues.
Players have faced matchmaking issues and have also encountered frequent application errors which forces the game to close. However, Infinity Ward have released an update which fixes these issues. The update is a little over 300MB in size and aims to fix the issues that players have been facing. Fans have reported that the update fixed the matchmaking issues that they have been complaining about, however, the frequent application errors are still a lingering issue.
This application error issue is very inconvenient for players, and spoils their gaming experience. These application errors can be very frustrating for players who live in countries where matchmaking is awful due to the low player count in the country. Hopefully Infinity Ward fixes these issues as soon as possible.
The Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta is live now for PS4 users, however, if you wish to play the Beta, you will need a beta code to download it. Xbox One users did not have access to the Beta this weekend, however, they will get a chance to play the Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Beta next weekend.
Players from both, Xbox One and PS4, will get a chance to play the Beta next week. So PS4 users will be enjoying the Beta twice. Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare comes out on November 4th for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
