Catherine: Full Body Announced For PS4 And PS Vita, Includes Additional New Content

Atlus has announced that Catherine is coming to the PS4 and PS Vita in the form of Catherine: Full Body, a remaster of the original game with additional new content. The new content is a third ‘Catherine’ character that will be a part of the main story this time.

Catherine: Full Body is developed by Studio Zero, who are also working the Project RE Fantasy for Atlus, which is the next major JRPG from the developer. The details for Catherine: Full Body will be revealed in the December 21st issue of Famitsu (via Gematsu). There are also new story scenes featured for the two main characters: Katherine and Catherine. As for the new character, she will feature a completely new personality and aura from the other two Catherine.

Catherine: Full Body is currently set for a release next year. A livestream is planned for December 22nd at 7:30 JST. The developers will share more details in this livestream including the new content that is planned for it.

Catherine: Full Body is currently only confirmed for Japan but expect to hear an announcement for the official Western release soon. The game will launch for the PS4 and PS Vita while the original Catherine was released for the PS3 and Xbox 360.
