Catherine was teased by Atlus on the Steam forums. Today, it was discovered that ESRB has rated the game for PC.
Catherine is a puzzle-dating game that served as a testbed for Atlus before the release of Persona 5. It uses an old version of the same engine and had a rather interesting dynamic with its relationship focused gameplay. The puzzles were easy but also complex enough that on the harder difficulty, you could face some issues with it. The rating for the game as updated by ESRB can be found from this link.
Catherine is now getting an expanded release with Full Body on PS4 and PS Vita. The PC version, that was initially teased on Steam, has been now unofficially confirmed through the ESRB rating update for the game. This is likely the original game without any of the new content.
Catherine is currently available on the PS3, Xbox 360, and Xbox One through backward compatibility. It will be soon released for the PC judging from the ESRB rating. This will be the first Atlus game that is launching on PC making it an important milestone in term of Atlus Japan support on PC.
