Square Enix has shown off the first gameplay for The Last Remnant Remastered at TGS 2018.
The Last Remnant Remastered improves the game’s visuals and performance by moving to Unreal Engine 4. The game also includes the improvements from the PC version and a turbo-movement mode for the overworld.
The game is a personal favorite of mine and was one of Square Enix’s first games made for the 7th generation of consoles. The game was praised for its unique battle system but many didn’t like the frequent difficulty spikes. Are you a fan of the game? Let me know in the comments.
The Last Remnant Remastered is out exclusively for the PS4 digitally on December 6, 2018. This release has caused quite the controversy as the Steam version was pulled a mere days before its announcement.
